Requirements

A Gold UK-PHMES CSCS Card is issued to Plumbing supervisors who hold suitable NVQ/SVQ Level 4 qualifications or have equivalent site experience and who can provide a letter from their employer/clients to support their application.

UK-PHMES CSCS Cards issued on this basis are valid for five years, and may be renewed after that period (subject to renewal rules).

This route of entry is permanently open.

To obtain a Plumbing Supervisor UK-PHMES CSCS Card (Gold), applicants must:

• Submit a correctly completed application form sections 1,2,3,4 & 16A plus appropriate fee: See fees.
• Pass theCITB Supervisor Health and Safety Test.
• Provide evidence of a suitable NVQ/SVQ Level 4 qualification or equivalent site experience
• Have their application form verified by an appropriate manager
