Requirements

A Yellow UK-PHMES CSCS Card is issued to regular site visitors who pass a General CSCS site safety test and who have confirmation from their employer of the occupation in which they are employed..

UK-PHMES CSCS Cards issued on this basis are valid for five years, and may be renewed after that period (subject to renewal rules).

This route of entry is permanently open.

To obtain a Regular Visitor UK-PHMES CSCS Card (Yellow), applicants must:

• Submit a correctly completed application form sections 1,2,3,4 & 17 plus appropriate fee: See fees.
• Pass a CITB Operative Health and Safety Test
